Throughout my career, I have delivered results across both public and private sectors, from spearheading the transformation of Emirates Post as CEO—enhancing service quality, digitalisation, and international growth—to leading global parcel and logistics operations as CEO of Parcels & International at bpost, where I managed high-growth businesses across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

My approach is grounded in people-first leadership, stakeholder alignment, and innovation-led execution. I thrive on scaling businesses with impact—where purpose, sustainability, and economic performance converge.

In recent years, I have also applied my expertise to sustainable mobility and energy transition initiatives, and continue to serve as a strategic advisor, board member, and angel investor in early-stage ventures and growth platforms.
