With over 20 years of experience in healthcare business development, grant writing, and physician contracting, Ms. Valeton combines entrepreneurial vision with servant leadership—creating innovative and sustainable healthcare solutions while inspiring teams and advancing compassionate, patient-centered care.

From 2017 to 2024, as Chief Executive Officer of First Person Care Clinic, one of Nevada’s essential Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), she spearheaded a remarkable organizational transformation. Under her leadership, the clinic provided comprehensive and affordable services, including primary care, dental care, optometry, mental health services, substance abuse treatments, affordable medications, ancillary services, and a food pantry. One of her major accomplishments was launching direct rheumatology services in Nevada’s FQHCs, expanding access to specialized care, and spearheaded the development of an innovative instant App during the pandemic to improve client service and accessibility. Additionally, Ms. Valeton secured millions in federal and state grants and led the organizational team in generating substantial program income to expand patient care, create new job opportunities, and strengthen company growth and employee retention.

Currently, as President & CEO of AIA Healthcare, she focus on optimizing revenue, enhancing clinical performance, and creating systems of care that are both affordable and effective for providers and consumers across the nation. Ms Valeton is also committed to advancing healthcare education as a cornerstone of bidirectional system interoperability. Ms Valeton expertise includes reimbursement methodologies, healthcare compliance, accreditation, and the implementation of easy sustainable practices, empowering physicians and organizations to achieve the highest standards of excellence. She is doing this by adopting AI as a tool to enhance processes, accessibility, and productivity, ensuring greater efficiency and innovation in healthcare delivery.
