Dr Tatjana Dragovic Andersen is internationally recognised as a bridge-builder between the academic and the business world, having roots in both contexts. As a Master Certified Coach (ICF), she supports organisations through research-informed coaching and holistic Organisational and Leadership Development programmes. As an academic at the University of Cambridge, UK and the Faculty of Organisation Studies, Slovenia, she develops future leaders through practitioner-informed doctoral teaching.  In her personal and professional life, she co-creates partnerships rooted in integrity and trust driven by quality and creativity.
