Najat is the founder and CEO of ALAZEMA Media, a strategic communications and media advisory firm, with expertise in media and new technologies, strategic ESG communications, stakeholders management, board inclusion and gender diversity.

As a serial entrepreneur and business growth expert, Najat has over 25 years of experience in driving regional complex projects, building high-performing teams, developing successful businesses & funding strategies and executive pivots at speed. She acted as a communication & media advisor to several ministries across GCC.

Najat Rizk is a winner of Harvard’s Michael Porter All World Program award for the fastest growing company and as the highest intensity serial woman entrepreneur for two consecutive years. In 2019, she received the “Exceptional Women of Excellence” award from the Women Economic Forum (WEF) for her achievements as an entrepreneur. She is a member of renowned international media platforms, and a permanent member and Juror at the international Emmys.

Peviously, she was entrusted to launch and manage the top two television stations in the Middle East, Orbit Al Thania (Orbit Network) and LBC SAT channels. She established the region’s first factual entertainment production company, Firehorse. She has produced more than 10k+ hours of acclaimed programs in EMEA and led Media partnerships with the US, Europe and GCC. Najat is the founder and CEO of TRIARC, a stock footage licensing platform representing videos from the Middle East.

Najat co-founded and successfully exited Beyond Consulting Group, specializing in public policy & management, organizational learning &development, innovation & technology integration; and AQRmena, a leader in psychometrics on Mental Toughness and leadership programs.

Najat is a frequent speaker on Entrepreneurship and Media. She is a visiting professor at Saint Joseph University (USJ).

Najat is deeply committed to empowering women and promoting inclusivity. She is a mentor at Nusf, Reach and blessings foundation. She is a board advisor to women led companies in the UK and Saudi Arabia.

Najat is an active member of the Lebanese League for Women in Business, a founding member of LWAF (Lebanese Women Angel Fund), a member of the Virtual Advisory Board (VAB) and the club of Directors at ESA (Ecole Superieure des Affaires).
