By accessing and using the SociisGroup networking platform (“Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

5. Membership is non-transferable and only valid for the individual or business entity registered.

8. Credit Cards will be automatically processed
9. Failure to pay within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.
10. Renewal and Cancellation
11. Memberships may be renewed automatically unless canceled by the member.
12. To cancel, notice must be provided 30 days before the renewal date.

15. Any content or communication that is deemed offensive, inappropriate, or violates applicable laws is strictly prohibited.

27. Upon termination, you lose access to the Platform and any associated benefits.
28. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Belgium.
